The What Car?/JD Power satisfaction survey is now out and there are now real surprises. Jag, the Germans and Japanese cars take most of the top spots.

In position number 1 is Jaguar. Whilst this was unheard of a few years ago, Jaguar gained the Manufacturers top position back in 2012.

  3. Mercedes-Benz
  4. Skoda
  5. Volkswagen
  6. Honda
  7. Volvo
  8. Toyota
  9. Kia
  10. Mazda

In terms of the top 10 Car models of 2014, again the German’s secure the top positions.

  3. Skoda Yeti
  4. Mercedes-Benz C-Class
  5. Volkswagen Scirocco
  6. Volkswagen Tiguan
  7. Lexus CT200h

  10. Jaguar XF

And How about those at the bottom end of the report. Interestingly the BMW X1 has not proved a popular choice. Otherwise Citroen has 3 cars in the bottom and Ford has 2.
